This Property is only as bad as it's mangement. CTL is all about profit and they don't care at whose expense, which means it's the residents that that are paying the heavy price for CTL's corporate greed! The truth about CTL is their staff is purely motivated by bonuses and contests. Extra money for how many you rent, extra money for keeping them full, a gold medal manager plaque for staying below budget etc. There is so much focus on contests and competition that the staff will do whatever they have to and say whatever it takes in order to get that extra recognition. Not to mention the extra buck or two. No wonder the resdents come last. All the focus is on winning the prize. I know this because I worked for CTL for 2 years and couldn't stand it any longer.
