Health risk and sanity risk

Monthly newsletter goes on and on about all of the pain staking labor, expenses for extra cleansers and more laundry (to wipe off all of your windows every day) and extra time wasted to try to keep the MOLD problem under control is just the beginning of the problems here. We have been sick since we moved in. This place is a ticking time bomb for a huge lawsuit for the mold. They need new windows here, plain and simple. Just breathing at night produces condensation on your bedroom window. New paint, new floors, doesn't matter. The windows are trash and mold loves the moisture. If you just want to rent an apartment without having to wipe your windows (all of them) every day, spray buckets of mold chemicals around the windows, keep your doors open every time you cook even in the winter, then keep driving on past this place. We have low life people below us who let twelve or more kids hang out before and after school unsupervised (all under 12) and the door slamming is so intense, things fall off my walls and break. My child is traumatized from the slamming doors. It's not your ordinary slam once in a while, it's more like you see on COPS when they bust the doors down. No joke. We regret trying to save money by moving here. It's crazy and unhealthy. It's true what others have said about the filth, crime, low life people etc. Maintenance is fine, but they just keep running around putting fires out with no budget and not enough additional helpers. You can only hope spraying KILLS will cover up an old MOLD problem for awhile, but what happens in a month or two, MORE MOLD!!!!! Spraying chemicals every couple of days doesn't solve the mold problem, wiping the windows daily... You decide if you want to deal with this crap!
