I dont even know where to start. Im in a middle floor, loud obnoxious children above and below us, We signed the 1 year lease hoping to use the place to save money and move on. At the 1 year mark One of us was hurt and had to use the saved money to keep living. So we are now stuck with another 6month lease in hell. Mold in every corner, when we moved in they told us to use bleach. Then during an inspection told us not to cause it removed paint we would have to pay for. The "clean" carpets smelled of animal urine and was bleach stained. The upstairs neighbors have dumped sticky liquid ( I dont want to know what) and food on top of us as we sit outside. the Nasty man upstairs has spit on us over the side many times. When I call and complain I hear "we will talk to them" Our cars have been vandalized and the kids have learned their ABC's through the dust on our paint jobs. None of the building is wheelchair accessable unless you happen to live on the bottom floor and freewheel it through the sliding door, which then you have to transfer to another chair cause the door isnt wide enough. People ring our bell at all hours of the night and day, strange people come and ask if we speak spanish, and car alarms go off for hours before an owner can be found, and we have had friends vehicles towed because they were in our spot and had no sticker. If I were you, cheap or not i would run away and find a differnt place.
