ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO LIVE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   ROLLINGS HILLS IS AN OLD APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT IS IN VERY BAD NEED OF UPGRADES. THE WINDOWS IN THE WINTER GROWS MOLD, THE APARTMENT IS VERY COLD POORLY INSULATED, THE KITCHEN STOVE & FRIGE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, THE HALLS WAYS ARE NEVER SWEEP OUT. IT IS A GOOD WAY TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP **BUT THEN AGAIN YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR**
