Rolling Hills was the most depressing place to live. Never in my life had I been so sick and depressed.It's no wonder that the apartments look the way they do when you move out,nobody cares how they leave,as long as you can get out. I lived there for 3 LONG years. I wish I never had the experience. Communication with management' Who's the manager this week' I was 5 dollars under on my rent one month and they didn't inform me until I was called to court the following month. Over $5.00! Needless to say I had an outrageous bill to stay in hell. I know had they communicated, I would not have had to pay the devil. Please whatever you do, even if your having a hard time finding a place to live. NEVER LIVE IN ROLLING HILLS.

I doubt that you would have been taken to court over $5 are you sure you are not exagerating?
