I lived in rolling hills for over 10 years. I grew up there. I'm glad I did. I got an extremely good education from one of the toped ranked schools in the country because I was in that school district. Yes parking sucks but what apartment complex doesn't. In 10 years are car was never once towed and nether where are guests cars that where parked in are spot. The laundry driers work fine. People over stuff them with clothing and they donāt dry. that is true with any drier. Nose yes can be a problem but I have never has to complain more then 2 times. The people that where loud most of the time said sorry and turned it down. You get your occasional @$$ whole but thatās life Its full of them. The GANGS are dumb @$$ kids that think there gangsters (there are fazes of when they are around one year they might be then for 2 years there's nothing) Managers live on site infect I have seen many of them being fired because they have become friends with the tenants. Mold yeah there's mold but how old are the apartments??? Come on people they where built over 25 years ago 1. there very old 2. apartments we not designed for ventilation back then like they are now. I had mold but I took care of it by airing my apartment out and telling the complex when there was mold. And my god the last comment I read about the pee being poured on them. WTF call the f-ing cops and post assault charges. BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE. donāt expect apartments to do every thing. Its an apartment complex that in under $800 a month in a town with people that make 6 digit salaries. My father still lives there to this day and was late once with rent and never got an invocation notice like a lot of you say they do. Our paper work was never once lost. WE never have had to pay for utilities and he still doesn't. Drugs. Yes there's drugs and if you see it call the cops they will take care of it. This is one of the only complexes that will evict people for to many complaints. Believe me if there is some thing wrong I make it known and I have it taken care off. I have lived in many different complexes in my life. (divorced parents) My mom being the manager of them we lived in very upscale apt. We had more problems in them then rolling hills. MURDERS, RAPES, STOCKERS DEATH THREATS, METH LABS, PEEPING TOMS, FIRES, ATTEMPTED MURDERS, KIDNAPPINGS...the list goes on we had the search dogs at one complex every night. I was more afraid of those community's then Rolling hills. Get over the angry letters of people that where evicted.
