I don't see why everyone complains... rent is VERY low priced for the area, and the office and maintenance staff are very friendly. I have never been towed, nor have any of my friends who come to visit. I think that most people who are posting have either been evicted or have personal issues. I have lived at much worse, and paid much more. I would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for something reasonable who understands apartment living.

I have lived with my Boyfriend here for 6 months. he has been towed twice and I have been towed once. OUT OF MY OWN SPOT. (they were doing repainting) - I still had to pay 300$ to get my car out of tow. We are not welfare victims, we are not associated with drugs. We are normal everyday working class people putting ourselves through college. The price seemed good for the location. It is not worth it. Management doesn't care about any concerns you have, the children in the area are out of control. You get bogus fees and fines all the time. Everyone who has lived here has experienced this. Not just people who are upset because they were evicted or had personal problems. I advise you DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. It is not worth any price they could ask for. You couldn't PAY ME to live here again.
