PARKING CRISIS

If you drive DO NOT MOVE TO ROLLING HILLS. You will NOT find a parking spot after 4pm. Most cars are broke down. Management does not tell you about the parking crisis and when confronted they tell you to look in section 9 of the forms you sign. My first week I was towed because I had to park in a spot that apparently the garbage trucks needed and it cost 240 to get my car out.
Value is great as the apartments are decent. We had major issues with bugs and moisture though. They shampooed our carpets at night and locked the house up before we moved in so carpets did not dry and it was the worst smell ever, they made us pay 50 to have them cleaned again. There are a lot of kids so if you've got kids they'll have playmates but if you don't then they're really annoying.
Bottom line, if you drive do not move here, it is not worth the price at all.
