This place is really not as bad sa everyone claims. What do they think they are getting for $600.00 a month for a three bedroom''' The Hilton' You get what you pay for, and this place is old, and there are alot of kids, but the grounds are clean, the garbage isn't overflowing, and office/maintenance is always friendly and eager to help. They even offered to get me phone numbers for all the utilities when I moved in. I am not planning on staying here forever, but it is a great starter apartment. I have never had mice or fleas or roaches or anyother nasty bug... unlike some other places in the area...

Are you serious? My cat NEVER had fleas until we moved here. Its disgusting. She's scratched off half of her fur trying to get them off.
The garbage is ALWAYS overflowing. Its gone so far as to visitors cannot park there because there's TVs, couches, or just plain crap filling up the spot. You'll look outside and see Joey cleaning up that crap VERY early in the morning. Its there alright.
Maintenance is a joke. They asked how much my cat was worth when she got stuck behind the water heater. If it was worth pulling her out and paying fees or leaving her there. Freaking serious. I threatened with a lawyer for them to get someone here to carve a HOLE into my wall.
