When we moved into Rolling Hills they did not have the apartment we were looking for available so we took another until the one we wanted became available with the understanding that we would be able to move as soon as one became available(or so we thought). We waited patiently and after our 6 month lease was up I inquired as to why they hadn't notified us of any vacancies. Their responce... Due to 2 late payments, one only 1 day past the grace period, we would not be allowed to transfer. And not only that, they raised our rent $100 a month and told us they would not give us a good rental referance if we left. The management staff here are liars, heartless and completely uncaring. They would rather see us out on the streets with our 2 children then let us transfer or move to an apartment that we can afford. Please, stay away from here... we are stuck here, don't let them do the same to you.
