I have lived here at Rolling Hills for almost 3 years now and you people give them to hard of a time! I moved in right before the new manager was hired (Mang. Jennifer Smith) to take care of the property. Since that time this place has been turned around for the better! There used to be a lot of "tag" and "hoods" causing problems but Jennifer has taken care of that. Any place you live will have some times where problems happen but over all this place is REAL safe! I have not had any problems with anyone here.

The staff is SOOOOOO nice! If you go in there with a good attitude they will be more than helpful. Now if you go in there acting like a jerk, yelling and using profanity who the hell would want to be nice to you- let alone help you. I have been in the office and seen some crazy people come in and just flip the manager or staff crap. When I see this I think what a jerk! Come in with your problem but act respectful!

They just had an annual pool party for all the people who live at the property. It was a lot of fun for the kids and the staff did a great job with food & drink, DJ, Prizes, and pool toys! I have never been to a complex that throughs partys for the people who live there.

Im my opinion this is one of the best places I have ever lived. The price is right, the staff is friendly, and the property is clean. Parking can be a little hard sometimes but that is because of the people who live here sneeking in 3-4 cars and using up all the visiter parking. Load parties are RARE here and if there is one the off site security will come and take care of it. There is a 24hr security service offered in case you have a problem and I think that is very nice to know! Friday and Saturday nights are ussualy very quiet. I can sit on my deck at 10pm with no sound but the wind!

Are you looking to move' If so I would come in and see for your self. They will make you feel right at home! I have been here almost 3 years and plan on staying here for many years to come and I only see Rolling Hills to be a better place to live every day!

Your right about Jennifer Smith being a great asset to this property and her being a very nice lady, HOWEVER THAT DOESN'T change alot of things. I'm still counting down the days until my lease is up. Providing I don't take this to small claims court for all the ---- I've been put through. And I'm a very understanding and nice person. I've worked retail for the last 4 years of my life and I'm very good at dealing with people and compromising. But at some point you need to open your eyes and realize your getting shat on.

lol what a load of bs.... sound like the manager posted this one... not only is it a craptastic place, rent has been goin up over 10% every year...., that 24hr security thing.. their responsive!!! after a neighbor having partys every friday from 9pm to 4am with there mase pounding i called that service multipule times and the party never died! in the winter months moister builds up inside the walls and nasty mold grows like crazy i get so ill in the winters here maintiance refuses to open it up saying owe thats impossible the mold cant get out with all the thick layers of paint!!! everytime it grows out of my electrical outlets... or in the corners.. been here several years my self. for the most part the ofice people are friendly, not to helpfull usually but friendly. oow the woes of being poor forces you to live in craptastic! enjoy!!

Haha, yes, sounds like a manager posting this. I'm apartment hunting and think I'll look elsewhere.
