I have two words, BED BUGS. Honestly I've lived in a lot of places for cheap rent. ROLLING HILLS WAS THE WORST CHOOSE EVER. Let me tell you why:

First I'll start with the obvious problem I've had and have been having. BED BUGS, yes they are real. So far I've mad 3 trips to the doctors. I do not have health insurance so this was all paid for out of pocket. After speaking to management and having telling them to toss ALL MY FURNITURE, This means king size bed and box spring, couch and futon. PROVIDING THEY FOUND BED BUGS. They threw this all away... Then sprayed for bed bugs, claimed there was no trace of them so i could move back in. (No trace but they still threw everything away and sprayed) I got a new bed and furniture, I PAID FOR, no sooner then 3 weeks later, I was back to getting bitten like crazy. This is still a situation I'm dealing with. I've included pictures of my self for a little proof.

Second parking, all the rumors are true. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING. Only place there is, is at the front of the complex which is towed after 7 or 8... THEY DO HAVE TOW TRUCKS READY AND WAITING. This is not a lie.

Third Noise this place was always noisy, Paper thin walls helped this, my nabiors when they would flush there toilet (I live on a bottom level) My pictures would shake on my walls and it sounded like the place was going to cave in.

I've given you 3 good reasons to stay the hell away, including pictures, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Take my advice. There front office management is fairly decent. Not impressed with Upper management at all yet.
