Rolling Hills

First off all the person who wrote the comment titled: Lots of Change ...., they must be either an employee of Rolling Hills or insane because everything they said was just ridiculous.
Rolling Hills was the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE, I have ever rented. I am so much happier now that I dont have to deal with all the -------- that surrounds that apartment complex. The management (YES EVEN THE NEW ONE JENNIFER) was horrible. They do not treat your complaints or frustrations with concern in any way. If you have a problem with a neighbor you are told to simply "call the police". Wow, great managing skills. And trust me you will have MANY problems with neighbors here as most of them are drug dealers or just plain inconsiderate. There are bugs EVERYWHERE no matter how much you scrub and clean your apartment. Mold is a HUGE problem in that complex. It grows in the window sills and on the walls because the complex is old and poorly maintained. Parking there is an absolute mess! Even though you have assigned parking, you can almost always count on someone being in your spot! There is hardly enough visitor parking, so dont count on being able to have friends over-not that you would because I was INCREDIBLY EMBARRASSED of that fact I was renting there.
I could really go on for hours about how horrible of an experience I had there. Please stay away from this place.. It needs to be torn down and the management needs to be fired because it is just awful.
By the way every other apartment I have rented at has thrown parties for the tenants so I really dont think it was a big deal that they through a party with a "dj" and food. Big deal, its still not worth all the -------- you have to go through.
