Avoid moving here

We have been here for three months and our apartment has flooded twice, with nothing being done by management to fix the problem. Garbage is constantly overflowing into the street. If you enjoy mold then this is the place to be. Every window has mold on the casings, sliding glass door, all corners of exterior walls even with heat on high, mold in the kitchen cabinets and all closets. On-site manager does not seem to care about tenants and habitablity of the units. When a complaint is made on-site manager and employees give a response that is not logical, but at least they are consistent on their lack of the truth. Yes the rent is cheap, but so are a lot of other places. We would highly recommend moving somewhere else.

Lived here?

I have lived here 1 year. The rent is very affordable but it's definitely not worth it. First off there are cops here on a regular basis, which lets you know the kind of people you will be living around are low lives. There is always an awful smell lingering through the complex that smells of rotting garbage. If I leave my window open the smell comes right into my apartment and stinks it up. The kids here are always running around unsupervised. I have had kids climbing on my vehicles and throwing mud balls at my door and windows. Last but not least parking is a joke. Almost every night I have to drive around 30 mins. to find a parking spot. YES......it's pretty bad when you have to hang out in a parking lot @ 10 at night waiting for someone to leave so u can take their spot and then finally go upstairs and go to sleep. I wish they would at least refund me for the gas I have wasted. :(
