ok for a first time apartment.
i recommend it if it just what your looking for.(cheap/money saver/one car/don't mind the noise/tolerance for children playing around)

its cheap you get what you pay for.

if your standers are very high not a place for you.

no mold in my apartment. great view of the small pond.(living on the 3rd floor
naibros were nice they were all my age i guess that's maybe why they were very understanding.
exsipt the walls a very thin and its
gross when you can hear them having SEX when you just want to sleep dam it.
for that matter it disturbs me greatly that if i can hear them im pretty dam sure then can her me!.

not having a washer/dryer well that sucks but there are a few available with it.
if you own more then one car well theirs a problem, your only assigned one spot.
its OK not the greatest.
our lease is up in feb. so we will be moving out in to a house.

its OK i just would not raise my kids in this place or at any apartment for that matter.
that being said good bye rolling hills!
