Too high of Price but not bad

I thought the aprtments were great until my lease was up. They wanted an to hike the price up more than most places after the lease was up to go month to month. When I went in to give my notice because of the raise in price the staff was rude to me and told me to go ahead and move. (Obviously I was moving). They were nice when I signed my lease but when I wanted to leave they weren?t so nice. The apartment and community are nice but you can find just as nice of communities and apartments elsewhere for much cheaper prices. Look around. I settled for this one too quickly.
PS. Also a little bit fishy that after every bad review there is a "super" sweet review. Notice too that the writing style and praise of the good reviews are very similar. Seems a little suspicious to me. Also when I moved in they told me this would be my last apt. before getting a house (similar to what it says in the other good reviews). Another thing is that in one of the reviews it states that you should live her for at least 5 years. Well the "person" who wrote that review didn't even live there 5 years so why would they recommend that. Just something to think about.
