There are pros and cons for Stonesthrow - it is located nicely off the freeway and there is a gym located on the grounds. However, they are completely inflexible for people that need to go month-to-month on their lease, rip you off on move-out charges that go with the normal wear-and-tear of living (i.e. burner drip plates on stove, aging of tub), you can hear everytime your neighbor opens a cupboard, turns the water on or speaks and the staff speaks to the residents as children, who are essentially their clients. I left because I bought a house. I bought a house because I wanted to move out.
