These apartments are old and run down.
I've lived in much nicer apartments and paid less in rent.
I agree with everyone that the staff here are very unprofessional.
They need to remember that the renter is the customer and they won't have jobs when everyone moves out because of the staff's attitude problems.
There are hundreds of apartments to choose from and most are nicer than these(and more soundproof).
Not a hard decision(ha).
FYI: Deposit fees cannot be held for cleaning upon move-out.
