I've lived in Stonesthrow for a year and can't wait to move.

The walls are thin. I hear my neighbor's TV and the loud creaking of footsteps overhead.

Don't even consider this place if you work grave or swing shift. The army of "Latinos" begin mowing, blowing leaves, etc. promptly every couple days at 8am. I asked that they delay their assault until 9 and was ignored.

Oh yeah, these places are too small for the amount charged. If you sign a year lease, they'll jack up your rent when it's time to renew. I pay 665 for a 2 bed, 1 bath now but they want to hike it to 700, should I be stupid enough to sign another lease. They want 790 now for month-to-month.

Also, they rob you of $400 for a pet deposit.

I would be happy if my property took enough pride in its landscaping to have the "latinos" come and manicure it every couple of days. Be glad that they take care of it (by the way...in gneral, 8am isnt considered "early", its common for landscapers to start at 8 am...sorry your day starts later.)

Hahaha. These reviews just get funnier and funnier. Okay, first of all, I agree with the previous response to this review. How can you possibly complain about a prompt, efficient landscaping crew? I mean, I know having an appealing property is a lot to handle, but those rat-infested dumps are hard to come by sometimes... Second, a $35 increase in rent is not that horrifying. It's actually normal, as is a higher rate for month-to-month. By the way, thank you for mentioning that you plan on moving. I'm sure everyone interested in living at this property is excited to know that your racist attitude won't be there when they arrive.
