There are a lot of kids running around, but it's a multi-family environment and that's pretty much expected. There are two pools so enjoying one of them "usually" isn't a problem. Since there are no locks on the pool gates, outsiders are pretty regular. The price is excellent for the layout. We have a fireplace, washer and dryer, and plenty of floor space. Neighbor noise is minimal but the speed bumps are way too extreme. If go don't hit them just right, you will be buying a new muffler every 6 months.
