I've been at Todd Village a year and a half, and I am liking it just fine! The price is right, for an older complex, and my one-bedroom is a great size. I wish I'd looked further for a quieter location, and my car has been vandalized, but I can't blame the management. My neighbors seem nice enough, and in general it is peaceful here. There are lots of kids, but I've not had problems with them and it's nice to hear them playing. I can't hear my adjacent neighbors unless they are really getting loud and active. Glad to be hear.
