I have lived here at todd villaige for almost a year and have had no problems. I see lots of nagative feedback for todd but no one takes the time to right the good stuff.

Staff: The staff is nice and always trys to help when possible. Nice to see they do things for the children such as holliday coloring contests and other great games. They also have a pool pary once a year for all the resadents. That was a lot of fun. Great food and lots of prizes where givin out. I would give the staff of Todd Village an > A <

Grounds & parking: The grounds are kept clean. Landscapers come weekley and do a great job of keeping it looking nice. I also see maintnence doing there part in keeping the dumpster areas and parking lot picked up and clean. OK, so parking may be a little hard at times, but I have never had a problem with it. I have one parking spot of my own and they have spots for visiter parking. There is always one place or another to park. It is usualy quiet at night. There are lots of kids but they seem to be pretty good. The other ratings talk about car break-ins >WELL STOP TALKING ABOUT IT AND GET INVOLVED< Go to the saftey meetings offerd by the staff of Todd Village. If we all help than we can stop it. I would give the grounds and parking a >B<

Apartment: Apartment was overall in great shape. A couple minor things such as disposal and screen door, which where both fixed by maintnence very quikly. Floors had a few light stains but they cleaned the carpets prior to me moving in and they looked pretty nice. Fresh paint and over clean. I was very happy with my place. I also have a fire place which is very nice to have. I enjoy that perk a lot! Over all I would give the appartment a > B <
