Todd Village has some very important issues any prospect renter needs to know:
The parking is horrible! On normal occasion my visiting friends can?t even find a "guest parking spot? (which are far away anyhow) and many times have had to park almost a mile away from my apartment in the few open spots across the property.
The noise is really bad; the walls are so thin I can hear my upstairs neighbor go to the restroom and my other neighbor?s music everyday!
