My husband and I moved here a couple months ago and really like it. Our apt is large, well lit, and clean. Noise and parking are not really a problem--maybe once in a great while. The staff are all great--they watched our pet betta when we were gone for a few days! Yes one maintenance guy came to fix our dishwasher and didn't get it right the first time, but I think he was new. Plus the location is great, I can walk down the street to my work, the store, or to the library. I recommend it, especially if you are financially challenged.
