I really hate this place!!!! Dont ever live there, well live there if you like bending over and taking it in the ASS!!!!!! One time I had a friend come over for like 5 min and she brought her two dog in her van and a staff member saw the dog in a van which was parked in my parking spot and & was charged $250.00 dog FEE (NOT DEPOSIT---FEE) per dog. Thats $500.00 for doing absolutly nothing. I could understand if the dogs had been in my apartment but the dogs were in te freaking van!! I swear to god i feel sorry for anyone who'll move here not knowing how much this place will suck you dry & i dont feel sorry for anyone who rents here after reading this message!! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Hi, I live at Todd Village, have a dog, and have had doggy play dates at my apartment in the past. Nothing like what this reviewer said has ever happened to me, and I fully believe that if the management understood it had made a mistake, they would have retracted the fee. There is something else going on with this person's problem.

The management is very dishonest about fees and rents. Each week they have a different story to tell.

i live in todd village , and is really bad , first of all the pats are in really bad condition and then the managment is really bad , there is never parking place for visits and they do not never fix the stuff ..
