BAD managment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   We get a monthly news letter here at Todd Village. A month or so ago the news letter told us to leave our hot food out to cool prior to refridgeration, as too keep the electric costs down. Everyone should know by now that slow cooling foods this way is more likely to create bacteria that causes illness. Everyone recieved a notice left on their door last month, the notice informed us that if we wanted AC in our windows we had to make sure it was not bolted down anywhere (not safe) and that we HAD to use nothing but plexiglass to cover the window where the blinds couldn't reach. Well, that's dumb. Plexiglass will increase the heat from the sun causing the AC to work harder thus wasting the electricity we are supposed to be saving by leaving our food out of the refridgerator to become contaminated. There are a number of residents here who have no clue how to raise considerate children. These children run around the complex shooting air guns at little children and parked cars, and management does nothing. In fact, the school buses from here have to change drivers every few months because this route (this is the only stop for this route) has so many badly behaved children. Litter is everywhere, from the residents garbage to the construction workers rusty nails, and again, management does nothing. The beautiful pools are often littered with dirt clods thrown in by unattended children. The pool furniture is frequently distroyed and broken. Appliences don't work correctly and they are not in a hurry to fix them. Most of the office staff is pleasent and willing to sympathize, however there is one, maybe two that continue to be condescending and uncaring. Only live here in desperate times.
