We have lived at todd village for too long when we first moved in it was a nice place to live but over time and manager changes it has become the ghetto of tualatin. we have had are garage broken into, vehicles vandlised and when you request any work on your apartment you better off doing it your self because they never fix anything. the garbage situation is horrible there is garbage siting all around the dumpster because they only get pickup 1 aa week and if you apartment is located next to 1 good luck keeping you windows open in the summer.we are moving with in the next month thank god.

What about all the crime? Managers could care less until they have it happen to them.

Because apartment managers are crime fighters.... what do you expect them to do? Turn into spiderman? pull out there cape and stop all crime that could ever happen? Crime can happen anywhere.... and I think public safety is a little more up to the police in the area than an apartment manager. why don't you direct your concerns in a more correct direction.

Apartment managers can install cameras to try to combat the crime situation. There are things they can do, but choose not to.
