WATCH OUT THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER From: KAMIKAZIRIDA@YAHOO.COM Date posted: 4/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I LIVED THERE FOR FIVE MONTHS DURING THIS TIME MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE AND AGAIN BEFORE WE MOVED IN I WAS NOT OFFERED A WALK THROUGH BEFORE I MOVED IN OR (I WAS IN A BIND NEEDED A PLACE TO LIVE) THERE WAS ROTTEN BEAMS HOLDING UP THE PORCH ABOVE MY PLACE THERE WAS 5 BBQ'S STOLEN THAT I HERD OF THE MAINTENANCE GUY HIMSELF TOLD ME THE PLACES WERE NOT SECURE AT ALL AND EVEN THE SECURITY SYSTEM THEY PUT IN APON REGUEST WAS BAD IT INCLUDED DRILLING A HOLE IN THE WINDOW FRAME AND GIVING YOU A PIN TO STICK IN THERE I MOVED OUT TWO MONTHS EARLY AND PAID A 575 DOLLAR FEE FOR MOVING OUT (TOTALLY WORTH IT BUT NOT RIGHT) I CLEANED THE PLACE SPOT LESS AND THEY STILL TOOK ALL MY DEPOSIT AND ARE CURRENTLY COMING AFTER ME FOR MORE MONEY FOR A MONTH AFTER I MOVED IN I COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHY THERE WAS ALWAYS WATER ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR IT TURNED OUT THE ELECTRIC CEILING FAN POURED OUT WATER WHENEVER THE PEEOPLE ABOVE ME TOOK A SHOWER AND THERE WAS NEVER ENOUGH PARKING PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE DONT MOVE IN HERE
