Parking wasn't too bad during the summer but after that there are not enough visitor parking spots and having more than one car is definitely a problem. Insulation is bad, there are a lot of drafts. Washer and dryer in select units. Not a whole that of storage. Other than that, it is not that bad of a place to live.
