Don't do it!

If I only knew then what I know now. Where to start. Moved here to save $150 a month from the higher rent at Alara Hedges near by, but the elec. bill was $75 higher, so that cut it in half, and after 5 months of parking in the same legal overflow parking lot, they towed my truck, costing me $1k - serious! How much do you suppose the kick-back was.... Could have called me instead, for sale sign in the window with my number on it, and the complex parking sticker on the windshield. Just poor customer relations. I complained but they used stupid technicalities to keep from being sued over it. The apartment is vintage '80s, has always smelled like the original carpet, and the cabinets are the worst I've seen. The windows are the old single pane aluminum garbage and the walls are so thin and un-insulated we can hear every step above as well as most from the other 3 nearby. Old appliances are working but wasteful, and the water pipes rattle when you turn it on low. There isn't enough parking; you get 1 space and the overflow lot is full, so no room for visitors, is the only reason they sell out the garages. Get the idea....
