Have lived here since last september. Last month I was called at work asking for permision to let the cops into my unit since my neighbour had shot a gun through my wall! They called back saying the cops found no bullet hole. When I asked if my neighbour was being evicted they said no because it was a isolated accedent. Jump to one month later im cleaning and organizing and found the bullet hole and bullet in my closet! Had it not of been stoped by boxes and such, and if i were home i could not be here today to write this review. I stongly urge people to not move in here! However if you want a place you can shot guns into your walls and not be evicted this is the place!

This incident was an isolated incident. Upon hearing of the accidental gun dishcharge management immediately contacted all tenants to ensure that no one was hurt. The person that discharged the firearm had his permit to posess. Please do not be upset with the property managers for this occurance. Instead, write your congressman & ask them to make it illegal to carry a concealed weapon. Also, if you are wondering why your neighbor was not evicted, read up on landlord tenant laws. We can not just evict someone at a whim. I am sorry that you are upset but we did everything that we possibly could to ensure your safety.

Wow the fact that management posts as anonymous instead of Todd Village is enough for a potential buyer to turn around and walk out. Second, reading them the right act on apartmentratings.com just shows the type of management you find in this place. I don't even live here, i am reviewing for potential rent and that just made me walk away
