Todd Village is not that bad of an apartment complex. ITS AN APARTMENT NOT A HOUSE PEOPLE!! yeah you can hear the neighbors IF THEY ARE LOUD!! I had a loud neighbor but she moved out...thank goodness! don't get an underground/"ground" (the front is underground..the back is ground level) level apartment because you will freeze! people mind their own business around here. A lot of people are complaining about their electricity bill...but you really need to stop complaining. i am happy to pay $50/month. the last apartment i lived in was $200/month for electric. the only bad part is the kids that run in the road on the boones ferry side of the complex...and i noticed that there is NEVER parking for my visitors because the same cars are always parked there...then when i call the towing like the office said to do when i moved in...the towing company just says "we'll see if there is anything we can do about it" so thats a big negative!!!! don't plan on having visitors...i usually move my car ACROSS the whole apartment complex so my visitors have my parking spot..its ridiculous.
