Future Rolling Hills (they need there own Police Station)

These apartment use to be nice, now there?s alway police coming in and out all the time. And it?s not the best place on earth by far. It looks nice from the outside, but there?s alot of little hoodlums all around. And my friend was bitten by a dog that was wondering around. They should choose there tenants more carefully.
