Upstairs neighbor noise was easily detected from ground floor units. Garbage area was frequently over capacity but behind screened wooded areas and far enough from our unit it didn't bother us. Grounds were kept attractive and manacured. Electrical outlets were loose and needed replacement. Friendly neighbors and a general overall feeling of security. Few parking problems, one space assigned, open parking for 2nd car. Can't testify to current management but years we were there they were good people. Since we bought a house and moved out they have remodeled the entrance to include some nice looking emenities from the street but haven't seen inside.
