My family and I moved in here in 2001. It was great, Tualatin Heights was the cream of the crop when it came to apartments in Tualatin. We were proud to live here. Since then the management has changed 4-5 times. You never know who's going to be in the office when it's rent time. The quality of the residents has gone WAY down I have noticed, it seems like anyone who has a pulse is accepted here. I know in my area there are some undesirables who I wish would quit renewing thier lease. The steady flow of animals in and out of the apt not to mention the stench that comes from the apartment below. Don't complain to the staff about issues around the place because they go unheard, it's like you are bothering them when you go in the office. I can't wait to get the heck out of there, once the cream of the crop is now comparable to Todd Village.....
