If your thinking of moving here dont the managment is horrible. The crime rate here is up there and i had my car broken into several times. Groups of kids often loiter and make lots of noise. Motorcycles heard threw parking lot. Cars towed even when in own parking place. Unwillingness to keep renters after initial lease phase up. Street lights often burned out. Trash recepticals are often over flowing. Lots of --------. Very rude managment. APARTMENT NOT CLEANED WELL UPON MOVE IN.

The management has not changed at Tualatin Heights since early 2004. Please contact the Tualatin Police Department or view the Crime Alert notebook in the management office if you have questions about the low criminal activity. Children live and play here; they have a right to be here and therefore are not loitering. Cars parked illegally or stored are removed. Your relationship with your apartment manager is no different than any relationship in life; you will get out of it what you put in.
