Only If You Don't Mind Paying A Lot of Extras

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
These apartments are going through a remodeling transition. Many residents that have lived here for years are having to move so they can remodel. After remodel, they raise the rent a couple hundred more a month. Just because they remodel and make it look nice, they are still older units, with problems that older units have. Plus, many of the extra ammenities, do not always work properly, and they aren't always willing to fix them.
When you go in to apply for an apartment, they give priority service to new tenants. Once you live there; however, you are treated differently. This company also likes to nickel and dime for anything extra they can get and frequently change the rules whenever leases renew. They also charge an extreme amount for water, sewer, and garbage. These units are definately ran as a business and after a while, it is clear they are only interested in how much money they can get out of residents and really don't care if people stay long term or not.
