These apartments are ok. I have surround sound on my tv and never receive any noise complaints so the insulations is pretty good. The maintenance guys are nice and always smile and say hi and the leasing office staff is alright-for the most part. Here's the thing. I moved in for $850 not quite 2 years ago, I'm now paying almost $1100.00. People are angry at the lack of regard for residents here and have no choice but to move out.The water and sewer bills are outrageous. They told me that the apartments were individually metered when I moved in, but of course they are not. You pay based on everyone's consumption-then it's prorated for how many live in the apartment. The trash dumps have overflowing trash because the residents themselves are trash. I expect to see roaches everytime I take my trash out. My electric bills are high because of the floorboard heaters. I'm basically being nickel and dimed to death. If money is no object, move right in. If you are trying to live on a budget and your money doesn't grow on trees, look elsewhere. Oh...and there's dog waste everywhere. No one picks it up and you can see it littering the lawn. Nasty. If you come to look at apartments, try and find a resident and ask them if they like living there, that's the only way you will get an honest opinion.

You are obviously an employee. You're not doing your property any favors by commenting on all of the negative responses with the same type of comments. If truth makes me a "d-bag", then fine, but doing so makes you their (what rhymes with witch?)

Listen Corky, I am NOT an employee...What do you really want, when you live in an apartment? I'm sorry to hear that your mild case of retardation is preventing you from moving.
I actually live here and enjoy it!
