This place is horrible! There are broken down cars everywhere, people make their own parking spots and you cannot have them towed even if they are in YOUR assigned parking place. There is dog poo all over the back so my kid can't play. People leave their dogs tied up outside unattended all day long. The management is always changing and does not get anything done. The maintance does not respond to emergency calls. There are bugs all over my apartment and pest control does nothing. Since I have lived here I have had a rent increase and our utilities increased twice. The water meters are not individual but as a whole so I pay for apartments with 8 people using water all day. When the change happened my water/sewer bill tripled!! The water, garbage, sewer bills are more than what I would pay if I owned my own home!! The parking lot is a speed trap, I cannot walk to the dumpster without fear of being run over. There are trailers, boats and commercial vehicles taking all the visitor parking. There is no security patrol like they say there is. Leasing staff proclaimes they NEVER see anything happen and they are never there to take your call. If they do pick up they will never call you back like they say they will. Items stated in the lease they refuse like satalite dishes...don't even try!!! They won't sign the needed agreement for the company to come and install even though it states in the lease that we can have them. What is the point. They charge to use the gym in the leasing office after hours...but since they are never there, expect to pay the fee if you want to use the crappy facility. I cannot wait for the lease to expire so I can get the hell out of here!!! OH and I forgot...in the winter the window ledges MOLD!!! When you call to have it looked at they just tell you to put a towel in the window ledge...expect to do a lot of laundry.
