No Problems Great place to live

Here at Tualatin Heights you have a choice whether to rent a Flat (one level) or an apartment that has 2 stories. Some of the apartments on the back of the property do have a bit of parking issues but that probably has to do with them being 3 bedroom apartments and having 3 drivers in a home needing 3 parking spots when the place gets only one designated to it. Also, yes the trash does get full faster back there also, but it is up to the renter to contact management to get it resolved.
I live in a flat, right up front by the main road, Sagert St., even with traffic just behind the fence it is very quaint and peaceful. I pay more for my rent than the apartment renters but it's worth it. I have my own little backyard and patio to enjoy all the 4-seasons. Management has always been helpful and pleasant. They even have free New Release movies that residents can borrow overnight.
So life back in the corner may be a bit different, but just like in other areas in life, you get what you pay for.
