Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
The apartments themselves are nice and clean and you get a lot for what you pay for. There have been a few domestic situations, but they are always handled quickly and quietly. Some people may find reason to complain, but I'd like to see them find an apartment in Tualatin with a full size washer and dryer, and a storage room, that allows them to paint their walls any color they want for $545 a month. Not to mention being two blocks from the fire station, two blocks from the police and two blocks from shopping. I can look out on my back porch and see the wetlands and all the animals, year round. I have no complaints.
