Ive lived here for over a year and although I have seen some domestic disturbances it isint that bad. The management is very quick to fix or handle any problems or concerns. The apartments are spacious and clean. Parking sucks but it does at every apartment complex. No apartment complex is quiet and trouble free but Tualatin Meadows is better than most.

I agree with the last poster. I also have this to add: Debbie in the office is WONDERFUL. HOWEVER, things are changing. Debbie is still there (and I would talk to her first if you like good customer service). But now they have a terrible new office person, too. I am moving from there as soon as I can because of a rent hike and her nasty attitude. Sadly, I don't know her name. But she's a very large woman with an even bigger condescending, defensive, superior manner. Even if you're a polite person, you'll leave feeling like you "started something" with her. Sad to be so young and so bitter. Anyway....other than her, I have enjoyed being here. The previous poster's comments pretty much nailed it.
