This is a very nice apt community. In the Tualatin area for the money this is the nicest you will find. The staff is very nice and the property is beautiful. There is only one assigned parking space which is not necessarily close to your apt, it just varies. There is ample guest or second vehicle parking. These apts are only 5 years old so they are energy efficient and you can't hear your neighbors unless they are banging on the walls or possibly jumping up and down on the floor really hard. If you live near the playground however, it can definately get noisy in the Summer. I love Tualatin Meadows and feel fortunate to have found such a nice place to live in Tualatin for the money. Look around and you will see Garbage for the same money. Why settle for less! Come join a great place to live at Tualatin Meadows. I am a resident and I love it.
