I have lived here for nearly six years now and am very happy with my home. The grounds are kept neat and tidy, and there is plenty of grass for summer activities. It has a very well kept playground for children, a very clean pool, an outdoor hottub which is open all year, and a gym with very nice equipment. The apartments themselves are very nice, all include a full-size washer and dryer, energy-efficient appliances, a storage unit located adjacent to your back porch as well as free water, garbage, and sewage. The location is great, right next to the wetlands so you can see quite a variety of animals all year long. Also nearby is the police department and fire department, and there is a hospital in town. It is quiet and peaceful. There is the occasional domestic disturbance, but I can guarantee they are few and far between when compared to other places to live in the area.
