Where to even start. Well, if you enjoy seeing the Tualatin Police on a regular basis this is the place to be. The crime here has gone up ten folds in the last year. The management staff changes everyday. Debbie in the office is the most unhelpful person I've ever met, she obviously has NO idea how to do her job, it takes her 10 minutes just to think of an answer for a simple question.
The walls are paper thin. I've never had a problem until I had the new neighbor downstairs move in he plays his music and TV so loud that I can hear it word for word when I'm in my room with the door shut, and when I confronted the office about the problem they told me to contact them so they could hear the noise for themselves and determine if the noise is excessive. Its obviously to loud if I can hear it through a door! The neighbor always peaks through the windows every morning when I'm walking to my car, and but some CRAZY chance has all the same sports stuff in his car that I do all of the sudden.
Besides the drunken fights, and the rude office staff there is only 1 closet in the 1 bedroom! 1 closet! Ladies let me tell you this is not possible. Its horrible!!
1 good thing :) Parking isn't bad if you live on the side with the parking.

Tualatin Meadows is a great place to live and everybody there is so very helpful~It is Apt Living and if a neighbor is playing music or what not maybe you should open your door and let management listen to it~~Unless of course you are JUST being a problem CHILD~Please get some medical help as you need it~~~~

Been here since October of 2007. This review is right on about most stuff. But crime isn't a problem here. And parking is fine, everyone is assigned a spot. But Debbie is an idiot. Really, I can't believe she's even made it this far. She is the type of stupid ----- that you would expect to step. in front of a train on accident. Management is worthless. I met a maintenance guy who was nice, though. And prices are low. But management is crap.
