I have lived in the apartments for a year and a half and these places have the worst mold problem ever!!! When it rains outside the water comes through the foundation of all outside walls.Thus causing mold to grow in the carpets and walls.I have complained to management a number of times and all the do is give you spray to mask the problem.It comes back repeatedly no matter what is done because they will not fix the main problem.Talked to lot's of neighbors and they all have mold too. Do not move in your health is at risk.My son has had breathing problems since we been here! Bad place, bad management. Cute at first but not worth the health problems!!

Very true, I have lived here 4 years now and they had to cut out part of my wall due to mold but it still did not take care of it. It keeps coming back. The water pools up around the building seeping in causing mold. My kids both have asthma and it affects them greatly. Not worth the risk...

An additional danger could be the low income addicts in this place. I moved out after a meth-head stabbed his friend.
