I moved here in 2007 after Forest ------ raised my rent by over $120. This place was great when the assistant manager was Christine. Don't know what happened, one day she was gone after being here for years. The management since has sucked. Most of the office staff has been pretty weak. Debbie is a complete idiot and I have no idea what she's doing in customer service. The new manager sucks, too. The milfy chick from last year was better, but kind of a scatter-brain. I haven't had to call maintenance but once, and they fixed the situation in a reasonable amount of time. Because of the crappy economy, my rent hasn't been raised, which is good. Neighbors aren't too much of a problem. Every now and then the people above me play The PussyCat Dolls too loud. And someone has a tendency to litter in my building. Think its the new family. Kind of trashy, but so far they've been quiet.

Overall its not a bad place, not the best, but decent. Could use more trees, though. There's literally no shade anywhere. Appliances are good, walls are a bit thin for weather proofing. It can get cold in winter.

Move here, but never talk to management. Just drop your rent in the box and forget they exist. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I read your review this afternoon and I must tell you that if you wanted me to feel bad then you have seceded. I do my best at my job and I pride myself with my customer service just as I do with the love and caring that I have for people, not just my family but with all man kind. I Love my job and I truely care about all of my residents, they have become like my second family to me. I'm sorry that I had to call you and ask you not to go downstairs to your neighbor and use swear words at him, I was just doing my job and I feel that I did it very kindly with you, as I told you this is a courtesy call so I don't have to put in in your file. I did not by all means try to make you feel bad and I am truely sorry if I did. I do have to work a little harder than most people as all of this is a little harder for me, but I enjoy my job and all of our residents here at Tualatin Meadows.
