Looks are Deceiving.

Well, we chose this apartment because of the Atmosphere, Its VERY clean, great office staff and pretty good Maintenence.

we moved in early 2004...

and will be HAPPILY ready to LEAVE IN EARLY 2005...

there have been alot of drug busts here going on, and even a teenage death from Overdosed drugs.

There are ALOT of familys living in these 1-2 & 3 bedroom apartments..

Our experience here living downstairs, and having upstairs neighbors has been HELL..

needless to say we had the first neighbors relocated.

but that was a very lengthy process..

our 2nd neighbors are just as bad, but the occupant is very RUDE!

Now off from my rant..

Overall the apartments are VERY spacious, Very Clean, inside and out.

they are willing to work with you on any problems that arise with rent thats due.

or help you with any complaints with neighbor disturbances.
