This apartment complex is horrible!!! Massive drug problems, disrespectful neighbors and way too many people trying to cram into 2-bedroom apartments.

My husband and I moved in when the apartments were brand new.

We moved from out of state and had to rent an apartment sight unseen and went with a brand new complex because we could be assured that the carpet and appliances were new.

While the staff is friendly and professional and do the best they can to provide a nice living environment, the quality of the tenants gets worse and worse as time goes by.

They don't screen anyone, though they claim they do.

We would have moved a lot sooner, but since we were buying a house it seemed like a waste of money and time to move to another apartment for just a few months while we got our house lined up.

I wish we had spent the time and money and moved sooner.

The newest tenants they put above us were loud, rude and even brought in a drum set for "band practice" at 2am.

Despite complaints to management, they are still living there and conducting band practice at all hours.

Also, another upstairs neighbor is dealing drugs out of the apartment, which brought numerous safety and traffic problems our last few months there.

DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!
