I moved in to Woodridge when it was new and only about 30% full. I loved my new apartment and had very quiet neighbors (I was also living on the top floor). The appliances worked well and the floorplan was great (1-bedroom). The office staff was helpful and I truly enjoyed my first year there.

THEN, little by little, the place went downhill. I started seeing police a lot (office staff claims they are doing standard "safety patrols" -- I've never seen so many police in one apartment complex!). I would come home to police outside my building, questioning teenagers about domestic violence... and my neighbor verbally assaulted me because I parked in her assigned parking spot (only because she parked in mine and I no where else to park). The apartment below me had frequent late night "parties" on their deck in the middle of the summer. I had to sleep with ear plugs in.

Anyway, the rent was very cheap and it was a good first apartment. But I was glad to leave and glad to have gotten out before things got REALLY bad (like some other reviews I've read). I also agree with the other reviews about occupancy -- there are WAY too many people living in some of the 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. I would not recommend living here.
